Chocolate Almond Balls Recipe Ingredients
Filling
- ½ cup unsweetened almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder (32g)

- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into balls, each about 1 tablespoon in size. Set the balls on the lined baking sheet.
- Place the balls in the freezer for one hour to chill.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan, over low heat (or in the microwave at 20-30 second intervals).
- Grab the balls from the freezer and dip them, one at a time, into the melted chocolate. Place them back on the lined baking sheet to set.
- Drizzle any remaining dark chocolate over the balls and top with a pinch of flaked sea salt.
- Store balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
