- 1–2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced into strips
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 100 g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
