Homemade Protein Bars Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 cups protein powder (any flavor – see notes)
  • 2 cups peanut butter (can substitute with any nut or seed butter)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  • Line a deep pan with parchment paper. For thicker bars, use an 8×8-inch pan; for thinner bars, use a larger one.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour and protein powder. Mix well.
  • In a small bowl, melt the peanut butter with maple syrup and stir until smooth.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
  • Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and press down firmly to flatten evenly.
  • Refrigerate or freeze until the bars are firm.
