Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crispiness)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray (or additional olive oil for tossing)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
