Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter spread
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup crushed Biscoff cookies (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
