2 cups rolled oats

1 cup puffed quinoa or crisp brown rice cereal

1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

½ cup honey or pure maple syrup

½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder

¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

¼ cup chopped nuts or dried fruit (optional)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Instructions
