1 Tbsp vanilla extract

2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, roughly chopped
1 large egg (for egg wash)
1 tsp water (for egg wash)
¼ cup sparkling sugar (optional)
4 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
