Ingredients  

  • 36 regular  Oreos not thins or stuffed
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • ¼ cup green candy melts
  • 36 candy eyeballs about 2 cm each

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Crush Oreos (including the filling) into fine crumbs.
  • Mix Oreo crumbs with cream cheese until fully blended.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Aim for 36.
  • Place balls on the baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate and green candy melts (separately).
  • Dip the frozen truffles in white chocolate. Let excess drip off.
  • Place on wax paper, drizzle with green candy melts, and press a candy eye on top.
  • Repeat in small batches of 7–8 truffles at a time.
  • Refrigerate until set. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
