  • 2 cups boiled pasta
  • 1 cup boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup grated cheese

Instructions

  • Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  • Add garlic paste and cook for a few seconds.
  • Add chicken pieces, salt, black pepper and chili flakes. Cook until the chicken is fully done.
  • Add milk and cream. Mix well and let the sauce cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add boiled pasta and mix everything together.
  • Add grated cheese and oregano. Cook for another minute until the pasta becomes creamy.
  • Serve hot with extra cheese or chili flakes on top.

Tips

  • Do not overboil the pasta.
  • Add milk slowly to control the sauce thickness.
  • You can add capsicum, mushrooms or sweet corn.
  • Use leftover chicken to make it even quicker.
