Instructions

1. Prepare Brownie Base

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper
  • Mix melted butter + sugar
  • Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until smooth
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt
  • Spread batter evenly in pan

2. Bake

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes
  • Toothpick should show moist crumbs (not clean)
  • Cool completely

3. Make Peanut Butter Layer

  • Beat together:
    • Peanut butter
    • Softened butter
    • Powdered sugar
  • Mix until smooth and thick
  • Spread evenly over cooled brownies

4. Make Chocolate Ganache

  • Heat cream until just simmering
  • Pour over chocolate chips
