- unsalted butter – 3 tablespoons
- granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons
- brown sugar – 2 tablespoons
- ground cinnamon – 1 tablespoon
- Eggs – 2 large
- Milk – 1/4 cup
- granulated sugar – 2 tablespoons

- soft white bread – 8 slices, crusts cut off
- butter, for saute pan – 3 tablespoons
- Maple syrup – for serving
The easy method of French toast dessert roll ups:
Step 1: In a ceramic bowl melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, with a fork mix in 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and mix until smooth.
Step 2: In a bowl add 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk, whisk, and set aside for later.
Step 3: In another bowl add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, stir, and set aside for later.
Step 4: Remove the crust and roll out each slice to about 1/8 of an inch thickness using a rolling pin. Spread a thin layer of butter mixture on a single slice and roll up tightly. Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices.
