- 1-2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon, plus more for finishing
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella, cut into ½-inch thick slices
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (plus more for finishing)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450–475°F (230–245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Roll or press the dough into a 9×13-inch oval or rectangle on parchment paper.
- In a jar or small bowl, mix olive oil, water, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Shake or whisk until emulsified.
- Make shallow indentations in the dough and pour the lemon herb mixture evenly over it.

- Remove from oven. Drizzle with more lemon juice, sprinkle with parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
