Cinnamon Roll Energy Bites Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup natural creamy almond butter
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Recipe Instructions
- Add the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients together until a thick batter forms.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Use a 1.5 tablespoons sized mini cookie scoop to drop balls of batter onto the baking sheet.
- Roll each ball with your hands to smooth out the edges.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt the chocolate in 10-15 second increments in the microwave, stirring each time, until melted. Be careful not to burn.
