Vegan Sausage Roll

Flavourful puff pastry filled with seasoned QuornTM that is incredibly light. Since, well, the banger itself, this one has generated the most heated controversy. We rustled up some serious feathers for Veganuary this year, unless you spent the majority of 2019 under a very large, very heavy rock. Our vegan sausage roll is meticulously crafted to emulate several of the iconic elements of the traditional sausage roll, such as its around 96 layers of delectably airy puff pastry. If it’s working, why fix it? However, we wrap it around our proprietary filler that we created with assistance from our friends at QuornTM. And it’s still a game changer, in our humble opinion.
